To me, beauty is the inner glow that shines when someone feels truly valued and discovers their own unique beauty. As someone who creates beauty at Amorepacific Hong Kong Office, I hope our products and services help nurture an environment that inspires positivity and self-confidence. As I mentioned earlier, the most attractive part of our culture is undoubtedly our people and the strong sense of community we share. QPlease describe your role in the Sales Team at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office.
I started working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office 18 years ago as a beauty consultant in a Sulwhasoo store, where I provided services and coaching, along with store management. I also represented Sulwhasoo as an ambassador at various external events and workshops while developing my store management skills. Drawing these frontline experiences, I now serve as a Brand Trainer and Assistant Operations Manager, with a focus on the education and development of the Sulwhasoo brand.
QWhat is the most satisfying aspect of working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
We have a unique and valuable culture of practicing and having an open mind that sets us apart from other workplaces. This mindset drives us to understand one another, communicate openly, and collaborate effectively to achieve our common goals. QWhat is the most rewarding moment you worked on at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
I feel most fulfilled when interacting with and helping others at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office. I always try to put myself in the customer's shoes, focusing on how to assist our global customers in discovering their true selves and realizing their New Beauty. When this approach succeeds and our customers are satisfied and happy, I share in that joy. I take delight in communicating with customers, sharing beauty tips, and building friendships. Serving the community also brings me happiness. At the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office, we have opportunities to volunteer, such as visiting the elderly or conducting beauty workshops for breast cancer patients. I believe these meaningful activities truly reflect our company values.

The Amorepacific Hong Kong Office offers a dynamic environment where every team member can take ownership of their work, regardless of their position. This atmosphere supports rapid learning and development. We have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and brands. Over my 17 years with the company, I have had the chance to work with several brands, including Sulwhasoo, LANEIGE, AP, ETUDE, and other daily beauty lines. My roles have ranged from trainer to marketing agent, marketing team manager, and brand general manager. I have thoroughly enjoyed this journey and experienced significant growth, thanks to the ample opportunities and educational support provided by the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office.
QWhen do you feel happiest while working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
I feel happy when customers share positive feedback and express their gratitude for our services. At Amorepacific, our beauty consultants are dedicated to providing enjoyable and innovative experiences beyond just selling products.
