I choose 'Diversity,' 'Open-mindedness,' and 'Collaboration.' We freely share ideas and opinions through collaboration with staff members and have learned to negotiate and respect each other throughout the process. Although conflicts may arise when we work together, I believe that a constructive working environment is one where we respect one another and resolve issues, rather than one with no conflicts at all.
QHow would you define beauty?
I think beauty can be defined as respect. To me, it is beautiful that every member of the company honors each other's beliefs and values while working. At the Amorepacific Manila Office, this mutual respect creates a truly beautiful environment.

A global mindset is key at Amorepacific. With people from diverse cultures passionately dedicated to their work, you may need to keep pace with them. I would describe our working environment as motivating. We set bold, aspirational goals and achieve success alongside colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Through this process, we’ve learned that respecting each other's perspectives is key to creating synergy. We think and work together, rising to even greater challenges.
QWhat is the most rewarding moment you worked on at the Amorepacific Manila Office?
I enjoy taking on new challenges because stepping out of my comfort zone offers valuable opportunities for growth. One memorable experience was transitioning from the E-commerce Team to the INNISFREE Marketing Team. Despite the busy period due to a rebranding project, I gained a deep understanding of the business. As a marketer, it's rewarding to be able to be the one to inform customers about one of my favorite and most trusted brands. I am excited about the innovative products we have coming up.

QWhat opportunities does Amorepacific offer for employee growth?
The Amorepacific Manila Office encourages employees to step out of their comfort zone, embrace challenges, and develop diverse perspectives on the beauty industry. The Seoul HQ offers various programs, such as a global marketing conference, that help broaden our understanding. As a Product Operator, I might initially see products merely as SKU codes or numbers. However, through these programs, I have expanded my horizons and grown as a beauty specialist, gaining a deeper appreciation for the value and significance of our brands.
QWhat is a key aspect to consider at the Amorepacific Manila Office?
In my role, persistence is crucial. I need to pay meticulous attention to numbers for demand forecasting and stock management, often requiring a strong focus on these figures. Since stock levels change daily, I need to monitor quantities closely, and the same careful attention applies to other projects, such as rebranding. Consistent monitoring and effective stock management are sources of pride for me.
