QPlease describe the work culture at the Amorepacific Paris Office in three words.
The work culture of our office is built on 'Team Spirit,' 'Active Attitude,' and 'Sharing.' LANEIGE's success in Paris stems from our strong team spirit and close collaboration, which are central to our work. An active attitude and sharing—meaning open communication—are also key factors. We actively share our opinions and insights to generate new ideas. In this culture, I am constantly learning, experiencing personal growth, and witnessing the brand’s growth.
QWhat did you like most while working at the Amorepacific Paris Office?
The company places a high value on growth and development, which I find impressive. I began my journey as an intern at LANEIGE and INNISFREE before transitioning to a full-time position. During that time, I appreciated how the company recognized and nurtured its employees' talents. Additionally, at the Amorepacific Paris Office, there are numerous educational programs and internal surveys designed to promote both personal and organizational growth.
QHow would you define a person who creates beauty?
I have always believed that beauty comes from within and that everyone possesses their own unique beauty. We can find beauty in a person's facial expressions, language, personality, and naturalness. As a Product Manager, I believe my role extends beyond merely selling a product. It involves guiding customers to understand the product, helping them find their perfect match, and ensuring they experience its effectiveness.

QPlease describe your role at the Amorepacific Paris Office.
As the Brand GM for LANEIGE and INNISFREE across 23 countries in Europe and the Middle East, I oversee strategic brand management. Drawing on our passion for beauty and insights into customer trends, we launch innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness and market share. Through our leadership and collaborations, we aim to highlight both brands and make a strong impression in Europe and the Middle East.
QWhat is a key aspect to consider at the Amorepacific Paris Office?
We focus on understanding and satisfying customer needs with a customer-centric approach, delivering high-quality products and services that exceed expectations. Applying these principles to LANEIGE, we have achieved a rapid increase in market share and brand awareness. Moving forward, we will continue to lead trends, maintain our number one position in skincare, and proceed with the rebranding project for INNISFREE by analyzing market changes and customer needs.

QPlease describe your role at the Amorepacific Paris Office.
I joined the Amorepacific Paris Office in August 2017, where I have overseen space design and visual merchandising for Maison de Parfum GOUTAL PARIS. I design space concepts for the brand, manage the space, and develop visual merchandising strategies for product launches.

At the Amorepacific Paris Office, devotion to customers is paramount. For me, customer satisfaction sets the standard for retail design and final decisions. We consistently listen to customer feedback and understand their demands to stay ahead of trends and deliver memorable, artistic experiences.

My inspiration stems from the core value of the Amorepacific Paris Office: 'Be the first and the best,' which influences all our work. This value drives us to continuously pursue artistic innovation. Additionally, new ideas frequently emerge from our collaborations and communications, especially during the launch of a new collection or the design of a space concept. I believe this collaborative spirit is also a key source of inspiration.
