QPlease describe your role at the Amorepacific Paris Office.
I joined the Amorepacific Paris office as Sales & Training Assistant Manager for the EMEA region and have since progressed within the Education team. I am currently working as Education Lead for Europe and the Middle East. In close collaboration with the Global HQ team, I have led major masterclasses across key markets and special events, including Sephoria Dubai, WOW Training sessions in France and Spain, and masterclasses in Saudi Arabia and Dubai during PR days.
In addition, I lead education activations with retail partners and engage with beauty advisors across Europe and the Middle East to gather feedback and continually improve our training programs. It is especially rewarding to contribute to meaningful and motivating work through creative and impactful education initiatives.
QIf you had to describe the work culture at the Amorepacific Paris office in one word, what would it be?
If I had to describe the culture in one word, it would be collaborative — with a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Teams across Education, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and PR & Social Media work closely together in a truly cross-functional way.
This collaborative environment fosters a supportive culture where diverse perspectives contribute to better decision-making. The close partnership with the Global HQ Education team also plays a key role in strengthening our local initiatives across Europe and the Middle East, making the experience even more dynamic and enriching.
QWhat is the greatest strength of the Amorepacific Paris Office?
From my perspective, what stands out most is the combination of a global mindset and strong cultural values. As I mentioned earlier, I work closely with the Global HQ team to highlight Amorepacific’s innovation, heritage, and expertise. To support this, I have had the opportunity to visit our headquarters in Seoul and connect with the Global Education teams of the brands I oversee. These experiences have helped me build strong relationships and gain valuable global insights.
The emphasis on collaboration, employee empowerment, and continuous learning creates a workplace that feels both inspiring and sustainable.

QPlease describe your role at the Amorepacific Paris Office.
As the Brand GM for LANEIGE and INNISFREE across 23 countries in Europe and the Middle East, I oversee strategic brand management. Drawing on our passion for beauty and insights into customer trends, we launch innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness and market share. Through our leadership and collaborations, we aim to highlight both brands and make a strong impression in Europe and the Middle East.
QWhat is a key aspect to consider at the Amorepacific Paris Office?
We focus on understanding and satisfying customer needs with a customer-centric approach, delivering high-quality products and services that exceed expectations. Applying these principles to LANEIGE, we have achieved a rapid increase in market share and brand awareness. Moving forward, we will continue to lead trends, maintain our number one position in skincare, and proceed with the rebranding project for INNISFREE by analyzing market changes and customer needs.
QWhat is the most satisfying aspect of working at the Amorepacific Paris Office?

Also, we embrace experimentation and risk-taking to lead the competitive beauty industry. What makes working at Amorepacific unique is the balance between being part of a global company and working within a highly collaborative local team at the Paris office.
Being part of Amorepacific provides valuable global insights, a strong vision to Create New Beauty, and exposure to diverse markets around the world. Meanwhile, the Paris office fosters open communication and close collaboration across functions. The cohesion across teams allows us to exchange perspectives, challenge ideas, and continuously innovate.

QWhat has been the most meaningful growth experience at the Amorepacific Paris Office?
One of the most meaningful experiences has been witnessing the expansion of both our team and brands across the European market. I initially joined as an intern and later transitioned into a Community Manager role. Since then, the team has tripled in size.
Experiencing this growth firsthand has also shaped my professional development. Collaborating with colleagues and sharing ideas brought fresh perspectives and continuously broadened my expertise. Over time, my responsibilities evolved beyond day-to-day community management, enabling me to take ownership of our social media strategy. By leveraging data and performance insights, I now define and guide the strategic direction of our social channels.
Together, these experiences have marked a significant milestone in my professional career, reflecting both the brand’s expansion and my own growth.
QDo you have any advice for future Amorepacific applicants?
Be curious, open-minded, and collaborative. Amorepacific values teamwork and encourages employees to share ideas, challenge perspectives, and actively contribute to innovation. The company’s multicultural environment also strengthens a global mindset, adaptability, and openness to new challenges.
Working for two brands that I truly admire and believe in has been both rewarding and motivating. I believe that being genuinely engaged, adaptable, and willing to learn makes a real difference — not only for your own growth, but also for the brands and the company.
