QWhat is your most unforgettable moment while working at the Amorepacific Singapore Office?
As Sulwhasoo's General Manager, I remember a pop-up event we organized to promote the launch of ‘The Ultimate S Cream’ at ION Orchard. With limited time to prepare before the launch, we had to adhere to the shopping mall’s guidelines for space design and address various requirements. Despite the challenges, the event was a success, thanks to the close collaboration with our Visual Merchandising Team and the Design Team from Seoul HQ. Overcoming obstacles and solving problems through teamwork, regardless of country or organization, is truly memorable for me.

At the Amorepacific Singapore Office, we have opportunities to learn and grow through interactions with experts from various fields, which is fantastic. We gain valuable knowledge from experienced colleagues and the latest insights from stakeholders, including customers and industry specialists. As the Store Manager of LANEIGE's Sales Team, I lead a team that values agility and swift responses to market changes and trends, given our close engagement with customers. We also collaborate effectively to complete new tasks. To boost our sales figures, we continuously develop fresh ideas, making our store visits both dynamic and engaging.

I feel a strong sense of accomplishment when achieving our goals with my team.
