QPlease describe your role in the Sulwhasoo Team at the Amorepacific Toronto Office.
As a manager of the Marketing Team for Sulwhasoo, I oversee various tasks aimed at increasing brand awareness. Sulwhasoo is a luxury brand with a rich heritage, but it has just launched in Canada, making it crucial for us to introduce the brand and build a close connection with customers through our excellent products. Having used Sulwhasoo's products for a long time, I feel a strong attachment to the brand and am proud to be a part of the Sulwhasoo marketing team.
QPlease share the unique characteristics of the Amorepacific Toronto Office.
Our office feels like a family. When one of us faces a challenge, we come together to
discuss and find the best possible solutions. Beyond work, we share personal matters over lunch and during break times, creating a strong sense of camaraderie. This is the first time I've found team-building activities enjoyable, such as celebrating everyone's birthdays and participating in social events. We also plan well-being related events in May, in alignment with Mental Health Awareness Month.
QWhen do you feel happiest while working at the Amorepacific Toronto Office?
I am happiest when launching new products, seeing their sales increase, receiving positive feedback from customers, and hearing them express their love for our products. Their positive comments about the brand make me feel that my efforts have paid off and been recognized.

We cover a variety of tasks, from strategizing on how to promote our skincare and makeup products to personally selling them to customers in-store. Working with people who share my love for beauty is truly wonderful.

I work in INNISFREE Marketing Team, and I find great satisfaction when my efforts positively impact various aspects of the brands. When a new product receives positive feedback from both customers and internal discussions, and our brands provide meaningful changes to our customers, it brings me immense joy and fulfillment. These experiences always motivate me to explore better ways to present the brand value and to deliver a more effective marketing messages.
