AMOREPACIFIC invited the global opinion leaders in the airline industry last month, to introduce the company’s many brands and products. The opportunity took place during the ‘2006 IFSA Asia Pacific Conference’ in Jeju Island from September 20th to 22nd, which annual event invites people related to the airline industry around the world. The 250 global opinion leaders were given the opportunity to experience AMOREPACIFIC’s premium green tea brand ‘Sulloc-cha,’ and visit the group’s green tea farm and O’sulloc, Sulloc-cha’s green tea museum in Jeju island. Next, they watched ‘Nanta,’ one of Korea’s representative cultural performances, and were introduced to the AMOREPACIFIC brand. AMOREPACIFIC is making all efforts to become ‘the company presenting the mystiques of Asian culture,’ ‘the company representing the Asian beauty,’ and ‘the company bringing pride to all Asians.’ AMOREPACIFIC sponsored this event by observing that it is the airline service that anyone encounters when traveling abroad, and with this opportunity plans to speed up its introduction of AMOREPACIFIC brand and Sulloc-cha in the global market. Currently, selections of AMOREPACIFIC, Sulwhasoo, Hera, and Laneige can be purchased via in-flight duty free shops on Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, while a number of products under the Sulloc-cha and Odyssey (men’s cosmetics) brand are being serviced for the passengers.
