Amorepacific Group and Amorepacific have established a transparent sustainability management system by installing ESG Committees within the Board of Directors and Sustainability Management Committees under the CEO. Through responsible management centered on the highest decision-making bodies, we have established sustainability management strategies and directions for group companies and subsidiaries and continuously monitor implementation performance.

Response System

Amorepacific Group and Amorepacific conduct regular annual training to respond to emergencies, enhancing employees' response capabilities. At Amore Beauty Park, internal environment-related company regulations were revised to strengthen procedures for responding to environmental accidents. Seventeen emergency response manuals were prepared for potential environmental accidents in various situations, including waste transportation and storage, movement of contents and semi-finished products, movement and receipt of raw materials, and handling of laboratory reagents. In the event of an environmental accident, all employees actively participate in environmental protection by mandating prompt reporting and necessary measures according to pre-established prevention and response guidelines.
