Expansion of Value-Based Consumption Products
Amorepacific Group has maintained stricter standards than various domestic and international legal regulations, using only a limited number of animal-derived ingredients that do not violate bioethics based on safety and quality verification. We are also continuously developing and expanding vegan material technologies to replace some animal-derived ingredients.
In addition, since 2015, Amorepacific Group has introduced testing methods to assess aquatic toxicity, selecting ingredients with high biodegradability and low levels of bioaccumulation and ecotoxicity to develop products that minimize environmental impact.
Vegan-Certified Products
HANYUL continues to expand vegan certification for its products. The "Yuja Vita-Tone Up Pads" and "Pure Artemisia Deep Clarifying Mask to Foam Cleanser" launched in 2024 are certified vegan by the Korea Agency of Vegan Certification and Services, applying skin-friendly formulas that exclude harmful ingredients and have completed dermatological and alternative eye irritation tests.
Mamonde Flora Glow Rose Liquid Mask excludes nine unnecessary ingredients, including animal-derived ingredients, mineral oils, and parabens. Its low-irritation and vegan formula earned vegan certification from the Korea Agency of Vegan Certification and Services.
Mise-en-Scène Salon10 Professional Cica Protein Treatment and Mise-en-Scène Salon10 Professional Cica Ceramide Oil Serum are vegan-certified products by the Korea Agency of Vegan Certification and Services, excluding animal testing or animal-derived ingredients.
